UNIT 1 -SCOTLAND
Scotland is one of the four main regions of Britain. It occupies about one third of the total land area in Edinburgh. Most people live in the countryside. Scotland has got some unusual traditions. Scottish men sometimes wear a kiln rather than trousers. There is a traditional Scottish instrument called the bagpipes. Scotland is famous for its whisky. Whisky is a fruit juice made from barley, yeast and water.
